How are cards clean?
Ultra-soft microfiber cloth and if needed a dilute mix of distilled water and isopropyl alcohol.
How long should I expect for the services to be completed?
On average, services take about 2 weeks. For large orders, an estimated completion turnaround time will be provided
How are orders returned?
For local customers, pick-up can be arranged. All other orders will be returned via USPS shipping.

Yes. We carefully inspect and clean cards when appropriate, focusing on removable surface dust, fingerprints, and other imperfections without compromising the card.
Do you inspect cards for potential grading?
Yes. We evaluate the centering, corners, edges, and surface to help determine whether a card may be a good candidate for professional grading.
Do you guarantee a specific grade?
No. We never guarantee a specific grade. The final grade is determined solely by the professional grading company. Our goal is to properly inspect and prepare your card before submission.
Do you submit cards to PSA?
Yes. We can assist with the PSA submission process, making it easier for collectors to get their cards submitted for professional grading
